We have three locations to serve you. Our main office is located directly across from Dekalb Medical Center where the majority of our deliveries take place. We are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are also available for emergencies 24-hours a day. Appointments may be scheduled by
calling 404-294-0472 or 770-458-7074. Regular office hours for appointments are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at both our offices.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible.
The telephone numbers 404-294-0472 and 770-458-7074 are answered 24 hours a day. If you call and there is no answer confirm that you are calling one of these two main numbers. The
answering service will answer calls after hours and on weekends. On occasion, another obstetrician-gynecologist may be taking emergency calls for us and our answering service will
direct you accordingly.
Office personnel will answer our main numbers, 404-294-0472 and 770-458-7074 during regular work hours. We do try to answer and return your calls promptly. If all of our lines are
occupied, you may be answered by our voicemail system that will direct you to the correct extension. If a staff member is unavailable, please leave a detailed message and we will
make every effort to return your call as quickly as possible.
Any non-urgent call received after 3:00pm will probably not be addressed until the following day so that we can serve all of our patients with the best possible care. Normal laboratory
results may be obtained by phone from the medical staff; any abnormal findings will be called to you by either the nurse practitioner or the medical assistant. Our Providers make every
attempt to return patient calls promptly. Urgent patient calls and issues take priority and will be addressed with the appropriate urgency.
Please call your pharmacy if you need a routine prescription refill. If you need a new prescription or need to change your pharmacy information, please call during office hours when
the physicians and staff have access to your chart to ensure the best course of treatment. Please have the phone number of your pharmacy available when you call.
Thank you for visiting our web site. We encourage you to contact us if you have questions or would like more information.
