Appointments
You may schedule an appointment by calling (404) 294-0472 for the Decatur
location and (770) 458-7074 for the Chamblee location and (678) 205-3110 for the Norcross location during regular office
hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We can usually accommodate
walk-ins, but we encourage our patients to see us by appointment, which
helps us use your time and our time as efficiently as possible. Your family
physician or specialty physician can also refer you to Dourron OB/Gyn
Associates, P.C. and make an appointment for you. You will be reminded by
phone of your upcoming appointment
Please keep in mind that you are making an appointment with the doctor of
your choice and each doctor has his own appointment schedule. We do
encourage our obstetrical patients to see each of the other doctors at least
once during their prenatal care. In the event that your doctor is
unavailable, one of our highly qualified physicians or nurse practitioner
will be on call to assume your care. Every effort will be made to
accommodate each visit according to medical urgency/priority. Patients will
be worked in on short or no notice as needed for appropriate reasons.
Every effort is made to see you at your appointment date and time but, in
the practice of obstetrics and gynecology, we will encounter unexpected
delays due to deliveries, surgeries, and other emergencies that will affect
our best scheduling efforts. We will do our best to keep you from being
inconvenienced. Should a delay occur, you will be informed of the nature of
the delay (i.e. emergency, delivery, etc.), and given an opportunity to
reschedule your appointment if you can not wait. We encourage your
suggestions in our efforts to improve the attention and care you receive.
If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please call far enough in
advance so that we may use that time for another patient. This courtesy
enhances our ability to serve our patients in an efficient and timely
manner. A new appointment can be rescheduled for you. Repetitive
cancellations with out proper notification may be subject to a no-show
charge.
We do ask all new patients to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to fill out
necessary personal information and insurance information. In order to
provide you with the best possible care, we need the most up-to-date
information about you. If you are a new patient, or an established patient
who has not visited our office within the past three months, we will need an
updated registration form at your next appointment. You may print out the
registration form now to save yourself the time spent in our office. Please
complete this form and bring it with you to your appointment to help reduce
your waiting time. Please remember to bring your insurance cards with you
along with this form.
To print the Registration Form you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on
your computer. Download this program free of charge by clicking on the Get

download will take just a few minutes to complete. This program will also
help you access many other areas of our site.
